Hope is a most attractive cottage full of character nestling beside the creek. A door from the entrance lobby leads to good sized breakfast room with chunky pine farmhouse furniture and opens to a well equipped kitchen with a granite worktop, Neff electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, washer dryer and a freezer in the old fireplace recess. The very comfortable, spacious, sitting room, newly carpeted and curtained, has a very efficient clear-view wood-burner in the large inglenook recess, a TV/DVD/Video, CD/radio, a supply of games and complete with a keyboard to play! Stairs lead to the three bedrooms, with natural wood floors and colourful rugs - the main bedroom with a 5' bed and small television, 2 twin bedrooms, a good airing cupboard, and a bathroom with bath, overhead shower, basin, loo and heater. Linen but not towels are provided. There is night store heating in most rooms - 2 bedrooms have a convector heater, and a basket of logs is provided for the wood-burner in cooler months. Electricity is paid for by meter reading. Payphone. Beside the cottage, stone steps lead to a high level of garden overlooking the head of the creek with garden furniture and a barbecue. There is parking for one car just opposite the cottage door. Regret no smoking and no pets.
