Approach up steps to a deck area with garden furniture overlooking the river, and enter into the fully-equipped white fitted kitchen including washer/dryer and microwave. The spacious living room decorated in cosy apricot and aqua tones has probably the best view in Helford from the bay window seat. There is a comfortable sofa, electric fire, and TV/DVD, and a dining table and chairs next to the spiral staircase leading to the upper floor. Next to the living room is the main bedroom with a 5’ bed and views both up towards the creek and out to sea, bathroom with bath and overhead shower, and a separate loo with cute floral wallpaper. Up the spiral staircase, the landing (with slightly restricted headroom) leads to the lofty twin room with views up the creek.

Bed linen is provided, but not towels. Night store heating is included,electricity charged by meter reading There is parking for one car.
