Penkestle Studio is a small and quirky former artist’s studio on one level and sits right by the tumbling stream running into the creek.
There is a sheltered, enclosed little patio with barbeque and garden furniture leading to the front door, which opens into the fully-equipped kitchen with white units, including a microwave, dishwasher, small freezer and washer/dryer.
To the left is a shower room, and to the right, the kitchen links into an open-plan dining and living area with a pine table, taupe and cream sofa and armchairs, Turkish-style rugs, wood-burner, TV/DVD, and radio/CD player. French doors open from the dining area onto a small lawned area right beside the creek. Beyond the living room are two small bedrooms – one double and one twin.
Bed linen is provided; towels available to hire. Electricity by meter reading. Starter logs provided in Winter. Parking normally available on the other side of the footbridge.
