| Exceptionally pretty and full of character, Pear Tree is a detached waterside cottage with its own creekside terrace, landing steps and parking. Newly refurbished to a very high standard with night store heating, all rooms have water views. The sitting room has a log fire and colour television/video, the excellent kitchen/breakfast room is fully equipped with dishwasher and washer/dryer. Steep stairs lead to a double bedroom, twin bedroom (with basin) and a newly fitted bathroom with bath and shower attachment. Beyond the kitchen is a utility room with a second fridge/freezer . All linen and towels are provided and off peak electricity is included normal electricity is charged by meter reading. Telephone for incoming calls. Dogs are not accepted. No smoking. Due to the steep stairs, Pear Tree Cottage is not suitable for youngsters under 8 years old and those with restricted mobility. |
