A quaint and quirky pad for two in a sheltered courtyard setting beside the tumbling stream running into the creek. Small but charming accommodation, the living room has a bed, settee, dining area, wood-burner, heater, TV/Video and door to the courtyard garden equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, fridge, microwave, washer/dryer and leads to the newly fitted shower room with a large power shower, loo, basin, heated towel rail and airing cupboard. Linen provided but not towels. A dog is accepted for £15 per week. Electricity paid for by meter reading. There is a telephone.
