Pointside occupies a superb position at the mouth of Helford Creek with delightful views of the Helford River and the ever changing boating scene, and only the coastal footpath between the house and the water. It is extremely tastefully furnished and very fully equipped. Such a lovely home is rarely available for holidays. |

| A lobby/porch leads from the front garden to a comfortable sitting room with a woodburner, Sky TV/video and CD player. The spacious, light and airy kitchen/breakfast room has a ceramic hob, 2 separate ovens, dishwasher, large Smeg fridge/freezer and long pine dining table for up to eight with views down the river whilst you dine! A walk through study area, with phone for incoming calls, local outgoing calls and with broadband connection leads to a conservatory/childrens room with Sky TV/video and plenty of childrens videos. French doors open on to a courtyard garden with a barbecue and steps lead to a higher garden area with garden furniture overlooking the river. The utility room has a washer, dryer, separate freezer and boiler. Stairs from the sitting room lead from the landing to - the main bedroom (5’ bed) and with stunning views from all three windows, en suite shower room with large shower, loo and basin. The 2nd very pretty bedroom has twin 3’ beds that can be linked together and a wash basin. The 3rd bedroom has sturdy bunk beds and a single bed. There are televisions in two bedrooms and a video player in the bunk room. Family bathroom with bath, overhead shower, basin and loo. All bed linen but not towels are provided. There is parking outside the house for one car. Regret no pets, no smoking. |
