Linen, but not towels, is provided and the night store heating is included –normal electricity is charged by meter reading. We regret no pets and children under 10 years old are accepted. There is parking for one car. No smoking.

A newly refurbished apartment over the village shop (fully sound-proofed)
with wonderful views down the river from most rooms. Approach up steps to
the deck area with garden furniture overlooking the river and enter into
the newly fitted kitchen with a cooker, washer/dryer, fridge, separate freezer,
microwave and night store heater. The spacious living room with a stunning
water view from the bay window seat has comfortable sofas and a dining table
and chairs, an electric fire in attractive surround, a colour television/DVD
and stairs to the upper floor. Next to the living room is the
main bedroom with a 5’ bed and night store heater, the bathroom offers
a bath with overhead shower, basin, electric towel rail and Airing Cupboard,
and separate loo. Attractive spiral stairs from the living room lead to
the landing (with slightly restricted headroom) and light and airy twin
bedroom with delightful views up the creek .
